This Weeks Fireworks Vids

Check out the video below which is really funny (if a little non PC) detailing, in brief, the history of the humble firework.

They were, as is widely acknowledged, discovered by pure accident by a cook in the 7th century China but here is a much more ‘twee’ version of events which of course linked the find to July 4th (which incidentally happened in 1776, over 1100 years later!) but hey, who’s counting!
