Most hotels in central Da Nang City are fully booked for the Da Nang International Fireworks Competition 2010 to be held on March 27-28, according to the Da Nang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

The competition, with the participation of five teams from Vietnam, the US, Japan, France and Portugal, is expected to attract 70,000 tourists, including 10,000 foreigners.

The Da Nang City People Committee has ordered all hotels and restaurants and other services businesses not to increase prices during the festival, warning that those who violate the order will be punished.
