Scheveningen, on the Dutch coast near The Hague, plays host to one of the best beach displays on the continent.

If you enjoy fireworks, Scheveningen is a great place to be. The International Fireworks Festival in August is the highlight of the year for residents and tourists alike. The displays are lit from the Pier in Scheveningen and the crowds flood the beaches, watching in awe.
