Pohang city will come to life on Thursday 28th July 2011 when the Pohang International Fireworks Festival starts at the Hyeongsan River Sports Park, North Beach, and other designated areas.

This year is action-packed and all the events that will centre around fireworks, the competing fireworks companies from Canada, Poland, Japan, and South Korea will battle it out to take the prize of the Pohang International Fireworks Festival 2011.

How to Get There:
1. Northern (Bukbu) Beach - Take a taxi from Pohang Intercity Bus Terminal to Bukbu Beach (10 minutes).
2. Hyeongsangang Sports Park - Walk towards the Posco Bridge (15-20 minutes) or take a taxi (5 minutes) from Pohang Intercity Bus Terminal.
