Newport’s Fireworks Extravaganza: Last Chance to Grab Your Tickets!

With Newport’s biggest Bonfire Night celebration, Capital Fireworks on Parade, right around the corner, tickets are selling faster than ever.

This is the event to be at on Sunday, November 3rd, so if you haven’t secured your spot, now’s the time. Last year’s event was a complete sell-out, and this year promises even more sparks, surprises, and entertainment!

Event Line-Up: What’s Happening at Rodney Parade?

Here’s what’s planned for this family-friendly event at Rodney Parade, complete with fireworks, food, music, and fun activities for all ages. With gates opening at 4pm, there’s plenty to enjoy before the night’s main attraction.

• 4:30pm – Live Music with The Rogues
  Kicking things off with a bang, Newport-based indie-rock band The Rogues will start the party early. With a loyal fanbase and tunes that get everyone moving, they’re one act you’ll want to arrive early for.

• 5:30pm – Tom White, Ed Sheeran & George Ezra Tribute Act
  Tribute artist Tom White will be gracing the stage with sets paying homage to Ed Sheeran and George Ezra. Known for his spot-on vocals and live acoustic guitar, Tom’s performance will deliver a fantastic musical experience for fans of both artists.

• 6pm – Main Show Begins
  Hosted by Capital Radio’s very own Josh & Kally, the pre-fireworks entertainment ramps up at 6 pm. Expect lively interactions, maybe a few unexpected surprises, and of course, an exciting build-up to the main event.

Family Fun & Food to Keep You Fuelled

Bring the whole family along – there’s something for everyone at this year’s Capital Fireworks on Parade. Young ones can enjoy a variety of fairground rides and games. Keep an eye out for mascots wandering around for a quick snap with the kids.

Feeling peckish? The food and drink village is fully stocked with everything from classic bonfire night treats to hearty meals, with choices to suit all tastes.

At 7:30pm, the skies over Newport will come alive with the main event – a fireworks display that promises to outshine anything we’ve seen before. This year’s pyrotechnics are bigger and brighter than ever, making it the perfect finale to an evening of entertainment.

• £10 per Adult
• £5 per Under-16
• FREE entry for babies in arms
• £25 Family Ticket (includes two adults and two under-16s)
