New Galactic Firework Display Coming to Disneyland Park, California

If you've ever dreamt of watching a fireworks display from a galaxy far, far away, your wish is about to come true. Disneyland Park in California is set to launch a new, interstellar addition to its evening entertainment lineup with "Fire of the Rising Moons," debuting in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.

On select nights starting April 5, 2024, guests in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge will be treated to this great new nighttime experience.

"Fire of the Rising Moons" offers a unique twist on the classic Disneyland Park fireworks display, complete with a celestial soundtrack featuring selections from the legendary composer John Williams' Star Wars film scores.

The show can be experienced from multiple areas within Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, including the Black Spire Spaceport, the TIE Echelon docking platform, and the speeder garage.

"Season of the Force" will be running  at Disneyland from April 5 through June 2, 2024 and as always, a theme park ticket and a reservation are required to witness this out-of-this-world spectacle.

This exciting addition is part of the broader "Season of the Force" celebration, which promises a galaxy's worth of adventures and experiences. From photo ops with Din Djarin or Grogu to specially themed food and drink offerings, and new branded goodies, there's something for every Star Wars fan to enjoy.

Since Galaxy’s Edge first opened in 2019, the park hasn't played music during its fireworks displays to maintain the thematic integrity of the area. However, with "Fire of the Rising Moons," a specially composed galactic score will accompany the stunning pyrotechnics, immersing guests even further into the Star Wars universe.

So, get ready to embark on an unforgettable journey to a galaxy far, far away as Disneyland brings the magic of Star Wars to life like never before.
