New for 08: Cobolt Blue

Another Epic Fireworks new release for this year. Many customers have requested that we make a blue-based firework; the sensational and beautiful Cobolt Blue should satisfy even the hardest to please. Large and loud sapphire blue stars break one on top of the other and hang in the sky for a great length of time.
