Light Grafitti, the art of light.

Untitled

Funky light graffiti art. Not exactly fireworks but very cool all the same. The image above shows some trees and grass and clouds and birds. All made using nothing but light and clever photography.

Here we see some stormy clouds over a city. Isn't it amazing what some long exposure photography and some lights can create?

Try it yourself it's very easy to make and only needs imagination and experimentation. For the best results, you should use a tripod when taking your pictures. The exposure on your camera should be set at somewhere between 10 and 30 seconds but can be as long as you need to get the effect you want. Set the camera to iso100 and close the aperture as much as you can.

If you want to be in the picture just stand still for a short time and you will appear if you want to remain anonymous simply keep moving and you will be little more than a ghost-like blur amongst your trails of light.

Sparkler art is a great example of light graffiti and one of our favourites. Give it a go and send your pics to us here at Epic Fireworks. We will put the best images right here on the Epic Fireworks Blog.
