Music and Entertainment

The Symphonic Ibiza Orchestra will headline the event, blending classical music with iconic Ibiza anthems. Fans of The Killers will enjoy The Fillers, a tribute band capturing the essence of the original group. ABBA lovers will be delighted by ABBAMagic, and Ska Wars will bring energetic two-tone ska tunes to the stage. Plus, the Red Stripe Band will add their unique sound to the musical mix.

Henley Summerfest is designed to be a fun-filled day for the whole family. Included in the cost of your ticket are the Falconry Display, offering a chance to see majestic birds of prey up close. Kids and adults alike can enjoy rides on Lennie the Land Train, as well as the magical performances by Van Buren Magic, and learn new skills at the Circus Workshop.

Plus, there will be stilt walkers, bubble performers, and poi ribbon dancers adding to the festive atmosphere throughout the event.

You're welcome to bring your own picnic to the event, or you can explore the new Artisan Food Traders, as well as fairground food kiosks, ice cream vans, and a selection of bars giving you plenty of choices to keep everyone fed and watered.

Getting Tickets to Henley Summerfest 2024

Advance tickets are available at a discounted rate: £14 for children (ages 3-15), £28 for adults (16+), and £75 for a family ticket (2 adults and 2 children). These prices are valid until the 25th of July.

On-the-day tickets are slightly higher, priced at £16 for children, £32 for adults, and £85 for a family ticket. Infants (0-2 years) can enter for free.

Event Schedule

The gates open at midday for parking and fairground access, with entertainment starting at 1:00pm.

The event runs until 10:30pm, finishing with the spectacular fireworks display.

Arriving early is recommended to make the most of the day and secure a good spot for the evening’s entertainment.

What Can I Bring With Me?

The organisers encourage you to bring picnic blankets or chairs to stay comfortable. You can also bring a small beach tent for shade. It’s advisable to dress in layers and bring a waterproof jacket to be prepared for any changes in the weather.

Dogs are also welcome at Summerfest but must be well-behaved, kept on a lead, and cleaned up after. Given the fact that there will be firework displays, loud music and crowds do think carefully about whether you want to bring your four-legged family members to Newbury Summerfest.
