Ever fancied launching fireworks on a massive scale from the comfort of your bedroom, well now you can but only if you are a fan of the MMORPG (massively multi-player on-line role-playing game) World of Warcraft.
With estimated 12 Million WOWC fans on the planet, it has to be one of the world’s most popular games… EVER, it’s the nearest rival possibly being Minecraft.
As far as I am aware it is the only game where on-line items can be traded in the real world, items have been known to realise as much as $5000.00.
In a 'Tolkeinesque' world players take on roles of different characters from Elves, Wizards, Orc’s. World of Warcraft incorporates elements from all the different ages of War craft, including Steampunk (a futuristic space world) to Fantasy Worlds, allowing time travel, massive spaceships, off-world adventures, battles with dragons and of course fireworks.
Massive Firework battles have been taking place for some time and kudos being given to some of the world’s best on-line pyro enthusiasts.
Although technically it is a spell, the particle effects are getting close to looking like the fireworks we know and love every Bonfire Night and New Year’s Eve.
To get started you must be an engineer have cloth, mail or plate armour, an arc-light spanner and a tinkers kit.
If there are any firework fans out there, we would love to see your efforts, simply download one of the many video capture software bundles available online, upload it to Youtube and send us the link. We will, of course, post the best ones on our website for prosperity and bragging rights.
