Danang City in association with Sun Group bring you the best of the best professional firework display teams from around the World in this spectacular event.

The Danang International Firework Competition was established in 2008 and became a bi-annual event in 2011 due to financial constraints but as of last year, the funding is in place to allow it to be a yearly one once again.

The event draws in HUGE crowds from across Vietnam and the rest of the World to watch the best of the best representing each country in DIFC which is one of the hardest fought in the international event calendar.

The 2019 event welcomes back Italy who were very worthy winners last year but this time around, they will be represented by the fantastic display team from Parente Firework Group.

Here are the dates for your diary and who is firing:

1ST JUNE 2019
DANANG FIREWORK GROUP - VIETNAM
FIREWORK CENTRE KHAN - RUSSIA

8TH JUNE 2019
NEWS FIREWORKS DO BRASIL - BRAZIL
H C PYROTECHNICS - BELGIUM

15TH JUNE 2019

JOHO PYRO FIREWORKS AB - FINLAND

22ND JUNE 2019

This year’s theme is ‘Stories of the Rivers’ and given that Pyrotex Fireworx have already won PIPC and Courcheval this year, we have our fingers crossed that they can do the hattrick at the DIFC this year.

Good luck to all the competitors taking part and we will bring you more information about the competition as it goes along.
