Count On Epic 7 Days A Week

Epic fireworks are open 7-days a week, all year round so the season has no end for us as we continue to provide perfect pyro all year round. Our busiest time is naturally Bonfire season but New Year and last year’s Jubilee and Olympics also gave us a very welcome boost.

This year, as usual, we will continue to open all year round but over the BFN season, we will gradually open earlier and stay open later for the more discerning customers who unfortunately cannot make it during the day. At this time, we are in the office from around 7:30am to around 5:00pm but this is still flexible as there are still one or two who we are happy to remain open for.

Why should you COUNT ON EPIC? Here’s why:

C – customers come first – if you need to come later or earlier, call us and make the arrangements.
O – orders delivered on-time - when we say they will be delivered – they are – all our goods are transported by licensed ADR couriers. Orders can be delivered to anywhere in mainland UK.
U – understanding – we know fireworks – we go to China two or three times a year to check out what is on offer from factories that we have dealt with for ten years plus.
N – never undersold on quality – we have a fabulous record in respect of failed fireworks. In the last 2 years, of the tens of thousands of fireworks we brought in, we have only had a few failed – and make no mistake, we took the photographic evidence to China and tell them to pay more attention.
T – tried and tested and trusted – ALL our fireworks are tried several times by ourselves, Jimmy will insist that HE chooses the ones to test at random and they do not leave China until Jimmy is happy with the product. They all exceed BS standard and achieve all necessary HSE testing to the highest standards.

O – only the best - we don’t sell rubbish as Jimmy stakes his reputation on the product, having put his name over the door many years ago and if you sell rubbish, customers don’t come back – our customers have been coming for up to twenty years from Scotland to Cornwall.
N – new for 2012 - we have brought in a huge number of new products this year some of which are already proving so popular that we are running low so make sure that if you are wanting a massive rocket volley or the new MASSIVE Sidewinder, get your order in asap.

E – expert advice every time – if you want to be sure that you are going to get the best fireworks for your function, either call us and we will advise you over the telephone, email us at sales@epicfireworks.com or call into the showroom in Sheffield. We have brilliant staff with award-winning fireworks which are great value for money.
P – pyro perfection – if you want the finale that will have the whole of the neighbourhood talking, they try the award-winning Thunderous Finale and Screaming Spiders. Fired in multiples, these are the daddies of consumer fireworks – exclusive to Epic – call and order yours when you can.
I – ignition – if you want to take the drama out of lighting your fireworks you have a couple of options. Firstly, we stock ‘portfires’ which are specialist lighting devices designed to be windproof and water resistant and a must have for those of you who like to hand fire. They last for around 3 – 4 minutes each and come in a pack of four for just £2.45. Alternatively, you could consider using the Launch Kontrol system. A brilliant piece of kit from Mystical costing £19.95 and this allows you to fire remotely 5 at a time and then reset 3 times to enable further use.
C – confidence – fireworks are our game and we live, breathe, eat and sleep fireworks. There is nothing we have not faced or a question we have not been asked that we cannot help with. We have customers who have large retail outlets who sell a number of our products and we have large display specialists who also incorporate some of the bigger pieces into their wedding and event displays.
