Taking place within the vibrant Christmas By The Sea village on the Tower Festival Headland, families can anticipate an outdoor extravaganza including the lively Comedy Carpet area, offering a mix of entertainment and music for both kids and parents alike.

The pinnacle of the evening will be a dazzling fireworks display set to music and projections.

This year's celebration signifies the end of a remarkable year that saw record-breaking attendance at Blackpool's series of free events. The Christmas By The Sea village, open daily until January 1st, hosts a wide range of attractions. From a free skating rink to festive light displays, themed cabins delightful food and drinks, artificial snowfalls, and captivating tram rides, the village delivers a magical holiday spirit.

Children will love the themed attractions, including a 100ft snow slide and the return of the Star Flyer, one of Europe's tallest swing rides, towering at 196ft.

The New Year's Eve celebration extends the village's hours until 9 pm, with the Illuminations illuminating the night sky until 1 am.
