Pasadena will celebrate Independence Day in the usual California style with a stunning display that is billed as the biggest and best fireworks show in Southern California.

What better venue for such an event than the Rose Bowl Stadium? Built-in 1922 this historic landmark has played host to massive occasions such as NFL Super Bowl and the New Years Tournament of Roses Football Game (that’s American football for our UK readers).

A day for all to enjoy, Americafest at the Rose Bowl Stadium kicks of at 2pm with a family fun festival and food court. A Military Tribute to the Drum Corps International Performance at 7pm and the main event, the Americafest Fireworks Display at 9pm sharp. The Fireworks will be set off by PyroSpectaculars and is set to impress with a patriotic display fitting for the 4th of July, America’s birthday.
