Get ready Derby – the city’s ultimate summer soundtrack is BACK for 2025! From Friday 29th August to Sunday 31st August, Darley Park will transform into a live music paradise, topped off with the unmissable Darley Park Concert & Fireworks on the Sunday night.

This year, the party spans THREE days of epic live music and entertainment – each with its own flavour, making this the biggest Darley Park event yet.

Friday 29 August

🎵 80s Mixtape featuring pop legends Bananarama, Haircut 100, and DJ royalty Gary Davies.

Saturday 30 August

🎶 Ultimate 90s is bringing the nostalgia with Heather Small, East 17, 911, and Damage.

Sunday 31 August

🎻 The Darley Park Concert – the grand finale with classical music performed by Sinfonia Viva, followed by a spectacular fireworks display lighting up the Derby sky.

Note: Fireworks only take place on the Sunday night – so don’t miss it!

2025 Event Schedule (Sunday 31 August)

• 3:00pm: Gates open

• 6:00pm: Concert begins

• 7:00pm: Sinfonia Viva Act One

• 8:30pm: Sinfonia Viva Act Two

• ~9:15pm: Fireworks display begins, perfectly choreographed to the live orchestra

Classical Music Meets Explosive Fireworks

Set in the stunning surroundings of Darley Park, the Darley Park Concert is Derby’s favourite way to wrap up the summer in style. World-class performances by Sinfonia Viva will fill the park with soaring orchestral sounds – and then, as the evening sky darkens, the sky will erupt in colour with the fireworks finale around 9:15pm.
