Fireworks to Music Spectacular – Avon Valley

When: 8th & 9th November 2024
Timings: 5:00pm – 9:00pm

Avon Valley’s Fireworks to Music Spectacular is exactly what it says on the tin—fireworks expertly choreographed to a cracking soundtrack. Avon Valley has once again teamed up with Aardvark FX, the pyrotechnics wizards, to put on a truly jaw-dropping display. The fireworks are scheduled for around 7pm, but they’re known for being sticklers for safety, so times might shift slightly depending on the weather.

What’s even better? There’s plenty to keep you occupied before and after the big show. Think funfair rides, food stalls, and all the mulled wine you can handle. It's a full evening of family fun that doesn’t skimp on the entertainment.

Bradley Stoke Fireworks Display

When: Sunday 3rd November 2024
Timings: Gates open 4:30pm; Display starts 6pm

If you’re looking for something easy on the wallet, the Bradley Stoke Fireworks Display is a fantastic option—mainly because it’s free! Held at the Jubilee Centre, this local display is a great way to enjoy a cracking fireworks show without spending a penny. While it’s free, they do accept donations for the mayor’s charities, so bring along some spare change for a good cause.

Just a heads-up: there’s no parking at the venue itself, so you’ll need to leave your car at the nearby Willow Brook Centre car park and take a short stroll to the event. Disabled parking is available on-site, but you’ll need to arrive by 5:15pm to grab a spot.

Bristol Fireworks Fiesta – Canford Park

When: Saturday 2nd November 2024
Timings: Display starts at 7pm

Ready for the city’s biggest firework show? The Bristol Fireworks Fiesta at Canford Park is back for 2024, and this time it’s bringing even more bang for your buck. This event is a major charity fundraiser and promises a pyrotechnic display to remember, courtesy of Skyburst, the 2023 British Firework Championships winners.

And as if a sky full of fireworks wasn’t enough, there’s family entertainment throughout the evening, including music, food stalls, and a rumours of post-show foam party (because who doesn’t love a foam party in November?). Note this is an advance ticket-only event.

Old Down Country Park Low-Noise Fireworks

When: Monday 4th & Tuesday 5th November 2024

If you’ve got little ones, friends or family who aren't too fond of the usual noisy firework bangs, the Low-Noise Fireworks at Old Down Country Park could be just the ticket. There are two sessions each evening, so whether you want to make it an early night or stretch the fun into the evening, they’ve got you covered.

Don’t worry, ‘low noise’ doesn’t mean low on fun. There’s still a great firework display to enjoy, alongside live music, children’s fairground rides, and plenty of food stalls to keep everyone happy. This is a brilliant option for families looking to enjoy the sparkle without the deafening booms.

Downend Round Table Fireworks

If you’re after a massive show that’s got it all, Downend Round Table Fireworks is where it’s at. It’s Bristol’s biggest firework display, and it’s so much more than just a fireworks show. We’re talking great food, entertainment, a bonfire, a light show, and an after-party.

Downend Fireworks has been running for over 50 years and is a firm favourite for Bristolians. The Children’s display kicks off at 6:30pm, and the main event lights up the sky at 8pm, so there’s plenty to keep you entertained. And with adult tickets at just £8, it’s one of the best-value events in town.

Fireworks at Sea – Weston-super-Mare
