Thousands gather in this historic town for the event, featuring multiple bonfire societies coming together for an unforgettable spectacle. The celebration encompasses marching bands, bonfires, and a mesmerizing firework display that you won't want to miss. Due to limited parking, it's advisable to use public transport.



Fontwell Park Firework Night - Saturday 4th November 2023 - Fontwell Park hosts a spectacular firework celebration with this year's theme, "Night of Colours," promising bigger and better fireworks. The event includes a dazzling firework display with music, a funfair for all ages, food stalls, and bars. Tickets should be purchased in advance, with options for adults, children, and family bundles.



Goodwood Bonfire Night - 3rd, 4th and 5th November 2023 - The Kennels at Goodwood hosts three Bonfire Night events. Membership is required to attend. These celebrations feature a breathtaking firework display, live entertainment, bonfires, face painting, and seasonal delights like mulled wine and hot chocolate. Tickets include a welcome drink and are available for adults, children, and dinner options.



Worthing Pier Firework Display - Sunday 5th November 2023 - While not a bonfire, Worthing Pier hosts a mesmerizing firework display starting at the end of the pier at 6:30 pm. Organized by Worthing Lions, Worthing Town Centre Initiative, and the council, the event is free for all to enjoy, with donations for charity welcomed. Coles fun fair and food stalls will be available, and local businesses will stay open.

Littlehampton Bonfire - Saturday 28th October 2023 - Littlehampton's Bonfire Night celebrations take place earlier this year on October 28th. The event features a bonfire, firework display, funfair, and a grand torchlit procession through the town. The festivities begin at 2 pm with the funfair, while the torchlit procession kicks off at 7:30 pm, leading to the lighting of the bonfire at 9 pm, followed by fireworks at 9:15 pm. Donations are being accepted to help fund the free event.



Battle Bonfire Event - Saturday 4th November 2023 - Held by the Battel Bonfire Boyes, this event in Battle offers a full day of festivities. The main celebration begins at 7:45 pm with a procession through the town. A bonfire will be lit at Abbey Green at around 9 pm, followed by a firework display at 9:30 pm. The event is free, with donations welcomed.

Wadhurst Bonfire Event - Saturday 4th November 2023 - The Wadhurst Warriors organize this bonfire event, featuring fireworks, BBQ stands, bars, a gin bar, and various food and drink options. Tickets for adults and children are available, and the event runs from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm.



Horsham Firework Night - Saturday 28th October 2023 - Hosted by Horsham Sports Club, this firework night takes place on October 28th, welcoming attendees from 5 pm. Alongside the firework display at 7:30 pm, the evening includes fairground rides for children, a variety of food stalls serving hot food and sweet snacks, and a bar for adults to enjoy.

Hastings Bonfire - Saturday 14th October 2023 - Hastings Borough Bonfire Society hosts this bonfire event on October 14th, offering family fun. The event includes a huge bonfire and firework display on the beach, along with a torchlit procession, drummers, and dancing bands. It's free to attend, with donations to the society appreciated.



Ardingly Firework Display - Friday 27th October 2023 - The Ardingly Firework Display, near Haywards Heath, takes place on October 27th. Besides the firework display, the event features a vast funfair, stalls selling light-up toys, food and drink stalls, and a quieter firework display for children. Tickets are required for entry.



Cuckfield Park Bonfire Display - Saturday 4th November 2023 - On November 4th, Cuckfield Park hosts a bonfire display starting at 5:30 pm, with the bonfire lit at 6:45 pm and fireworks set to music at 7:30 pm. Food and drink stalls will be available. Tickets are required, with options for adults, children, and families.
