The British Musical Fireworks Championship returns in 2023 with style, delighting thousands of spectators in Merseyside. The British Musical Fireworks Championship is primarily a pyromusical competition, meaning all shows will be set to a perfectly selected playlist of music, just right for the occasion!

Three competitors will be battling it out and bringing their A-Game to try and snatch the crown! A panel of professional judges will be there to cast their vote, and decide the winner based on multiple factors including choreography, musical choice, display quality, and many more!

Each display will last fifteen minutes, so you can be sure there will be loads of action packed into that short amount of time!

It is estimated that around two tonnes of explosive material will be used, along with around 5 kilometres of wire used to connect the circuits together!
