For the first time in the South of the country, Brightling Entertainment is providing musical and explosive concerts this summer in some of the most beautiful historic state homes and gardens in the Hampshire and Kent countryside.

First to produce the spectacular display is Hole Park. This is one of the best-known gardens in Kent and is set over 16 acres of land in a magical parkland setting. The second of the list is Stansted Park a listed Edwardian house set on a 1,800-acre estate within the South Downs national park.

The programmes for both locations are packed with an evening of entertainment including a spitfire display, parachute teams, classical music and of course our favorite; plenty of fireworks, lights, and lasers all accompanied by British war themes.

This is a ticketed event so make sure that you get these in advance as they may not be available on the day. Also, there is no seating options or reservations of seating, so it is advised to arrive early to grab yourself a spot. As it is an informal open-air picnic concert you can bring along your own chairs, picnic blanket, and picnics with you but there is no BBQ’s, etc allowed on the sites.

Programme for both days

4:30pm – Gates open, pick your perfect viewing spot and settle down and unpack ready for the evening ahead.

6:30pm – The Kent Tigers Army Parachute Display Team take to the air performing highly intricate and technical canopy formations for the crowds.

7:30pm – Spitfire Display – filling the skies above with displays that are accompanied to opening pieces of classical music.

7:30pm to 10pm – Proms Spectacular Orion Orchestra – Sit back, relax and enjoy the music in the beautiful surroundings of the countryside.

10:00pm – The events differ slightly on the finale, but both have a memorable ending to a memorable day.

Stansted Park - Laser light display – a spectacular laser light displays synchronised to the music.

Hole Park – fireworks display from Meteor Fireworks synchronised to music.

Wherever you decide to visit you are guaranteed to have a first-class evening so grab the champers and a picnic and have an evening with a difference this summer in the countryside.
